With deep experience in organisational design, senior team development, and leadership alignment, she helps businesses build the structures, behaviours, and culture needed to scale with confidence.
Over her career, Christine has guided leadership teams through periods of growth, change, and transformation, supporting them to strengthen collaboration, clarify purpose, and embed the habits that turn strategy into sustained performance. Her work is grounded in the belief that when culture and leadership are aligned, growth follows naturally.
